Deb Roush, RN, adds additional depth and breadth to the team with a diverse background in social services, legal-nurse consulting, business management, nonprofit management, informatics, adult learning, hospital nursing and various homecare roles. With Accountable Aging, her primary focus is medication management and home health issues, but she also uses her healthcare and eldercare experience to collaborate with the team on complex client challenges -- lending her problem-solving skills, providing assessment and facilitating communication.
