Diane Hayes, RN, adds diversity to the team with her varied experience. As a Registered Nurse for 26 years, Diane, has worked in many settings such as acute care, care coordination, discharge planning, hospice and home health. Diane received her BSN from the University of Michigan and is licensed by the Texas Board of Examiners as a registered nurse (RN). Drawing on her varied experiences, Diane provides the ability to assess client and family needs across a broad range of circumstances and conditions found in the aging population.
