Shannon O'Connor, Care Coordinator, is the point of contact for the Dallas community. Shannon's personal role as a caregiver for her elder grandmother combined with professional management, training and project management experience give her a unique ability to listen carefully to clients, assess situations and identify appropriate, caring solutions. In her role for Accountable Aging, Inc. (AAI), she also provides on-site care monitoring to ensure that clients are receiving the care they've requested and addresses new needs as they arise. While serving the Dallas community, Shannon has the support of and regular access to the full resources, knowledge and assistance of the AAI team.
