Accountable Aging Care Managers regularly refers our clients to: home health care and personal assistance agencies, eldercare facilities along the spectrum of care, and a multitude of other services they may need. To make sure your business is included on our referral list, we invite you to join a special program called Accountable Partners.

With the Accountable Partners Program, you provide the information and we provide an objective third-party perspective that helps clients see the whole picture. Accountable Partners is a program that enables us to better serve our clients by providing up-to-date and in-depth information on the agencies, service providers and facilities available. While we continue to research all providers we recommend, this program enables us to make a broader sweep of available service providers in Central Texas and gather important information for clients.

We know that choosing any level of home care provider or care facility can be overwhelming. The Accountable Partners Program is our way of helping clients discover all their options so they can make the best choice for their situation. Accountable Aging Care Managers provide an objective third-party perspective that helps clients see the whole picture.

There is no cost to participate in the Accountable Partners Program. We do not accept referral fees from any of the service providers, facilities or agencies with whom we work.
